These will be your responsibilities:
Answering technical and non-technical queries from English-speaking customers via telephone and email
Analysing and resolving customer issues with your team
Creating help centre articles, blog posts, and macros
Independently initiating the advancement of existing professional practices and knowledge
These are the requirements:
Excellent English and good German language skills in text and speech
Technical understanding of current networking and VoIP technologies
Experience in providing customer service via telephone and email
Strong personal interest in current and emerging technologies
Ability to explain complicated concepts in simple words
Ability to express and promote your ideas to your team and colleagues
Strong decision-making skills and motivation to work unsupervised
